The Village Park Residents Association are the residents group for the Village area of Thornaby but overlap into Mandale/Victoria as far as Lanehouse road. This was to assist residents in Chestnut Grove area with problems in their estate because they had no active group there to help them. Check the VPRA website for information of their works including the InBloom works
The VPRA area runs from Lanehouse road (Baths to Thorntree Road) then Thorntree up to Millbank Lane (including Clarendon, Studley, Derwent rd area).Millbank to Thornaby Road to Spitfire Roundabout, Bader Avenue to the river. All of the estates bounded by this boundary to the river are included in the area

The community centre is heavily used as a meeting place for a wide range of groups and activities; as a source of information and advice; as a place where friends and neighbours can gather together.

The Centre will be open seven days a week. It is anticipated that from Monday to Friday (weekdays) the Centre will be open from 10am until 9pm and on weekends from 12 noon until 4pm.
